Coaching

In our complex world, leaders are struggling to achieve results using the thinking and strategies that have brought them success in the past. In many cases, applying strategies better suited to the past creates the problems today’s leaders face. Coaching can significantly expand a leader’s capacity to meet these complex challenges.

Coaching is an intensive developmental process that a leader, or team of leaders, undertakes to make holistic expansions to their thinking and modes of operation. This process, also known as transformational change, can expand awareness of limiting patterns, generate broader and more useful perspectives, and expand the pool of options and actions to which a leader has access. These improvements then allow leaders to be more effective problem solvers, decision-makers, staff motivators, innovators, etc.

A PCC level coach with the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program, Mark is often sought out to coach top leaders across industries and geographies.
